Responsibilities |

The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) is responsible for the administration of the following legislation:
The collection and enforcement of the Social Security Contributions are also the responsibilities of the department.

The department is headed by the Director General (Inland Revenue) who also assumes the responsibilities of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
The IRD consists of these five Directorates each having its own set-up and objectives:
